Come visit Knoxville's newest "hot spot" for delicious sushi. The Sushi Spot is now serving the finest fresh sushi and hibachi entrees. Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi, Handrolls and Traditional favorite rolls along with unusual special rolls such as the "Jakes" roll –baked scallops, crab, massago, sesame seed, green onion, soft shell crab, smoked salmon and our famous "spot sauce". The "Bombshell"– smoked salmon, calamari, tempera crab, and snapper, avocado baked with a spicy spot sauce or one of the ever-changing "Chef's Creations". If sushi is not your thing – we also have Hibachi Steak (NY Strip or Filet Mignon), Chicken or Shrimp along with soups, salads, and tempura appetizers. Come "Eat It Raw" at the Sushi Spot!
